- Managing a portfolio of clients from LatAm
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify issues and opportunities, and proactively take initiative to improve results
- Execute customer communications – personal and via telephone, video or email, in line with standards and processes;
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
Job requirements
— Experience (3+ years) in managing 100 Similarweb country rank publishers from LatAm;
— Experience with AdTech/MarTech;
— Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations;
— Self-motivated, willingness to learn, willingness to provide high level service and support to clients;
— Ability to oversee and satisfy the clients’ requirements
Will be a plus
— Experience in native advertising;
Language proficiency
— English advanced
