Join the MGID Team as a Media Campaign Operations Specialist
MGID, a leading native advertising company founded in 2008, is seeking a Media Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team. Our company offers a range of integrated solutions covering the promotion process every step of the way, enabling our media partners to monetize their audience and helping brands to promote their services and goods effectively. As a Media Campaign Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing media campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, LINE Ads, TIKTOK, and others. You will work closely with clients to define and track KPIs, implement and track paid search campaigns, and monitor traffic on all advertising campaigns. You will also liaise with the Client team to provide raw and/or advanced reporting.

- Execute, optimize, and analyze media campaigns on various platforms
- Define and track KPIs with clients
- Implement and track paid search campaigns
- Monitor traffic on all advertising campaigns
- Liaise with the Client team to provide raw and/or advanced reporting

Job requirements
Primary requirements:
— Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
— 2+ years of experience in a campaign management/support role in the advertising/online media space.
— Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads, or similar ad serving solutions is a strong plus.
— Must be able to multi-task multiple account projects, work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
— Prefer a good communicator and meticulous person.
— Knowledge of Computer and Internet savvy (minimum Microsoft Office--Word, Excel, Power point).
— Teamwork and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy and dependable. And excellent attention to detail and strong organization.
Will be a plus:
— Working experience as an ad operation in Media Agency
— Knowledge or experience on management other ad platforms, like IG, Twitter, LINE, TIKTOK, Native ads, and Content Marketing
— Knowledge on Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Languages proficiency:
— Fluent Thai
— Upper-intermediate English
