Job description

  • Lead company’s market share expansion on the North American market;
  • Identify and secure direct partnerships with T1 and T2 publishers;
  • Contribute to product development efforts to address existing and emerging market needs, and additional opportunities;
  • Effectively manage and grow the publisher development team;
  • Meet or exceed growth forecasts;
  • Ensure day-to-day and long-term P&L stability;
  • Lead tactical and strategic roadmap.

Job requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, Adtech / Martech;
  • Experience with Native Advertising is a definite plus;
  • Knowledge of the advertising market, brands, agencies;
  • Superior understanding of publisher monetization strategies and solutions, including programmatic solutions;
  • Strong current industry connections;
  • Experience with Publishers, networks, and local agencies, brands;
  • Deep understanding of the industry, technologies, website monetization, and online advertising;
  • High negotiation skills;
  • 5+ Team management experience;
  • Verifiable track record of relevant past work results;
  • Self-motivated fighter attitude;
  • Strong leadership abilities.
