Today, we’re creating unique technologies and with your help, we are looking to aim even higher.

As the Head of Publisher Success, you’ll oversee our global team of Publisher Success Managers. Your focus will be on cultivating customer relationships, promoting and upselling MGID products, and enhancing performance to increase profit margins. You’ll manage the team, shape publisher strategy, improve internal communication, negotiate with premium publishers, boost revenue, drive product adoption, and refine internal processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for publisher success, aligning with MGID's overall business objectives.

  • Team Management: Directly manage three Team Leads, each overseeing a regional team of Success Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless integration and execution of publisher initiatives.

  • Performance Optimization: Oversee the development and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs to drive the development and execution of an upsell plan to maximize revenue from existing publisher relationships.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key publisher partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive mutual growth.

  • Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in account management, operational processes, and use of technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to drive innovation in publisher success strategies and practices.

Job requirements

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 7+ years experience in publisher success, account management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Global Perspective: Proven experience in managing teams and driving business success on a global scale, with an understanding of regional market dynamics.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to think long-term and implement impactful initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

    Will be a plus:
  • Experience in working in Native Advertising field.
  • Experience in leading Publisher Success function.
  • Project Management experience.
