Job description
- Work with Clients on a Regional basis after the sale process and also between the departments and do regular upsell and campaign optimization;
- Analyze campaign performance & audience insights to identify strategies for maximizing campaign ROI;
- Regularly contact advertiser clients regarding campaign optimization, strategies, and incremental opportunities;
- Prepare and deliver weekly reporting, campaign wrap-ups, and presentations;
- Collaborate with internal teams on operational processes, troubleshooting, and billing.
Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Ad-operations and Client Servicing
- Advanced level of English, ability to speak Hindi/Marathi/Bengali;
- Knowledge of Ad Tech industry/Digital Marketing and Native Ads;
- Experience with CRM system management and Upsell records;
- Prior experience working in agencies will be a plus.
