Senior Digital Account Manager(AdTech, India)

Job description

  • Work with Clients on a Regional basis after the sale process and also between the departments and do regular upsell and campaign optimization;
  • Analyze campaign performance & audience insights to identify strategies for maximizing campaign ROI;
  • Regularly contact advertiser clients regarding campaign optimization, strategies, and incremental opportunities;
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reporting, campaign wrap-ups, and presentations;
  • Collaborate with internal teams on operational processes, troubleshooting, and billing.


Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Ad-operations and Client Servicing
  • Advanced level of English, ability to speak Hindi/Marathi/Bengali;
  • Knowledge of Ad Tech industry/Digital Marketing and Native Ads;
  • Experience with CRM system management and Upsell records;
  • Prior experience working in agencies will be a plus.
