We are looking for an ambitious Team Lead Account Management & Campaign Management to join our team in Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and monitoring campaigns on platforms like MGID, Facebook, Google, Line Ads, TikTok, and more, ensuring results are met, leading the team, and achieving common goals. What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily campaign execution, and optimization to ensure that all the best practices have been successfully applied to meet timeline delivery, and campaign KPIs;

  • Deliver the invoicing as requested;

  • Oversee and track KPI’s of paid media campaigns for assigned clients;

  • Supervise and provide suggestions for campaign management team to work effectively on campaign management;

  • Build contact with media platforms to work on campaigns;

  • Liaise with the Client team to provide campaigns raw and/or advanced reporting;

  • Build strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams;

  • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels;

  • Ensure best practice and innovation in all ad operation activities;

  • Identify best practices, funnels, creative approaches; finalize setups on Media Platform;

  • Cooperate to the other operational teams, Media Planner, Sales, Account Management, Creative and other associated teams;

  • Cooperate to account manager from Media platforms to ensure the best support provided to Media Option.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of campaign management or bidable experience;

  • 2+ years of team management experience;

  • Experience of media campaign operations on Google, Facebook, LINE Ads Platforms, TIKTOK, and other media platforms, including successful campaign execution, optimization and analysis;

  • Native Thai speaker;

  • Advanced English.


Will be a plus:

  • Direct experience in bidable or campaign management position in the Digital Media Agency.
