Job description

Reporting to the CEO, our ideal candidate is passionate about building highly effective and impact-driven teams, leveraging technology, developing scalable processes, and creating meaningful metrics. You will work with a wide-ranging geographical reach, build scalable global programs and processes that will connect specific Publisher Acquisition, Business Development, Account Management, and Inbound & Support Global Functions, and help drive their objectives.

Responsibilities include end-to-end development and execution of MGID’s Global strategy in Europe, North America, LatAm, and APAC regions.

  • Drive MGID’s business growth on a global scale;

  • Participate in global business strategy development and implementation;

  • Build stable margin generation strategy and tactics globally;

  • Decompose strategic goals, define and prioritize operational objectives, and ensure deliverables according to the corporate goals and budgets;

  • Prospect and manage a sustainable business pipeline, accurately forecasting & growth to achieve targets both directly and via the existing geographically distributed teams;

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with publishers globally;

  • Drive awareness of MGID with key industry partners in order to promote the reach and value of our platform;

  • Stay current on all industry trends related to Adtech and suggest company market positioning;

  • Effectively coach, mentor and evaluate staff, delivering timely feedback, discipline, counseling, and performance reviews;

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop global procedures, KPIs, and sales pipelines for publishing clients;

  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Product, and Marketing Global;

  • This position requires considerable time on business trips.

Job requirements


  • 10+ years of overall experience in the digital domain;

  • 5+ years of experience in managing digital sales (native ads background a strong plus);

  • Close existing relationships with Top Publishers, Brands/Agencies;

  • Strong track record of success in achieving revenue targets and meeting/exceeding quotas;

  • Superior understanding of performance and branding marketing solutions;

  • Understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem and agency sales specifics;

  • Experience with Media groups, Publishers, and Networks;

  • Experience in strategic negotiations with Publishers in WE, USA, APAC, or Latam region;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to successfully manage/execute cross-team;

  • Exceptional ability to analyze performance data and make compelling recommendations for internal strategy, as well as client optimization recommendations;

  • Experience with negotiating complex deals that meet strategic revenue goals;
