As an Account Manager at MGID, you’ll be the main point of contact for your assigned partners, ensuring they get the most value from our platform. Based in Mexico, you’ll work in a hybrid setup, helping clients achieve better campaign performance, resolve challenges, and unlock new growth opportunities through close collaboration and continuous optimization.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns for performance and delivery

  • Set up campaigns, creatives, and tracking in collaboration with clients

  • Monitor campaign results daily and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes

  • Build long-term relationships by understanding client goals and delivering value

  • Upsell MGID’s products and features to support client success

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams

  • Stay informed on industry trends and deepen your expertise in native advertising and the LATAM market

Job requirements

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in native advertising

  • You are fluent in Spanish and have at least an upper-intermediate level of English

  • You have a deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and technologies

  • You are confident working with data and performance metrics to drive decisions

  • You possess excellent client communication and relationship-building skills

  • You are comfortable using platforms like Google Analytics; experience with Hubspot, Slack, or Jira is a plus

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership of your work
