Job description

What will you do:

  • Upsell: Work with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth, and propose new ideas, alternative services for clients to spend more budget

  • Optimization: Work as liaison between clients and internal departments to operate campaign management, and to achieve higher performance

  • Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure the campaign achievement and satisfaction, to ensure the contract renewal at the highest level

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing/ account management experience in advertising agencies/ e-commerce / direct response environment;

  • Outstanding computer skills, including strong knowledge of Google, Facebook, Line ads platform, Twitter, TikTok, Native ads, and content marketing;

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry and technologies.

  • Deep understanding of the company's product and being able to explain it to a client and anyone else when needed;

  • Deep understanding of MediaOption's entire product offering and best practices for campaign effectiveness and cross-selling;

  • Understanding of the country's peculiarities, knowing the main competitors, prices, advertising verticals, and peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region;

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, chart making, and manipulation of large data sets;

  • Knowledge of English level - Upper Intermediate, Thai - Advanced/ Native;
