As our Client Acquisition Manager, you join a high-impact role where you’ll engage directly with advertisers, media agencies, and performance-driven brands, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Leverage your expertise in digital technology and revenue models to communicate the unique value of our solutions, build a strong pipeline, and close deals.

What you will do:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of client needs to identify strategic advertising opportunities.

  • Leverage our product strengths and specifics to create customized proposals that align with client objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and premium brands, managing existing accounts and actively identifying new client opportunities.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial and business proposals tailored to client goals.

  • Ensure a high-quality transition of new clients to Account Management, supporting smooth client onboarding.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • You bring 1-2 years of experience in customer acquisition within digital marketing, specifically in advertising agencies, e-commerce, or direct response settings.

  • Fluent in Spanish and at least intermediate in English, with strong communication skills for client engagement and negotiations.

  • Possessing deep knowledge of digital advertising assets, including ad formats, campaign management, and native advertising solutions.

  • Proficient in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, SimilarWeb).

  • Experienced with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics and S2S trackers.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong planning and organizational skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Prior experience managing performance-driven advertising campaigns.
