As our Client Acquisition Manager, you join a high-impact role where you’ll engage directly with advertisers, media agencies, and performance-driven brands, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Leverage your expertise in digital technology and revenue models to communicate the unique value of our solutions, build a strong pipeline, and close deals independently.

What you will do:

  • Work with Direct advertisers, performance agencies, and Media agencies

  • Communicate product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, closing deals independently

  • Accurately forecast new business and revenue growth

  • Work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives and manage client expectations

  • Develop media plans to meet advertiser goals and negotiate contracts

  • Report updates, feedback, and forecasts, consistently meeting revenue targets

  • Maintain accurate records of activities using HubSpot

  • Sell to media agencies, brands, e-commerce advertisers, and product owners

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • You possess 4+ years of sales experience in digital media in DACH markets

  • You have a strong desire and enthusiasm for sales

  • You have established strong connections with media agencies and direct advertisers, enabling you to build and nurture key partnerships

  • You possess a deep understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, online marketing KPIs, and industry trends, allowing you to drive effective campaigns

  • You bring strong analytical skills, enabling you to derive valuable insights from client interactions and data trends to optimize strategies and maximize results

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in performance marketing

  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech

  • Quick learner with excellent technical skills for campaign implementation and optimization.

Languages proficiency:

  • Fluent English

  • Fluent German
