About the Role

As our Finance Manager in Mumbai, you'll ensure accurate financial management, payroll, and statutory compliance for our India operations. You’ll work closely with our global finance team and local leadership to ensure financial accuracy, timely payments, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role is perfect if you're looking to take ownership, expand your expertise, and actively contribute to the continued growth and compliance of our local business.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily bookkeeping, accounting, and invoice management.

• Manage payroll preparation and processing for the local team.

• Handle monthly GST filings, reconciliations, and payments (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).

• Manage TDS compliance, deductions, payments, and quarterly filings.

• Prepare monthly cash flow and P&L reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Coordinate vendor payments and follow-ups on outstanding payments.

Who You Are

• You have 6+ years of experience in Finance, specifically in accounting, taxation, and payroll management.

• You have strong hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Tally and bookkeeping.

• You have a solid understanding of Indian taxation (GST).

• You have previous experience in payroll management.

• You communicate fluently in English and Hindi.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in AdTech/MarTech industries.

• Experience working within multinational companies (MNCs).
