What You'll Do:

  • Improving and managing global compensation and benefits policies to align with organizational objectives and comply with local regulations.

  • Analyzing market trends and conducting benchmarking to ensure competitive and attractive compensation and benefits packages for potential and existing employees.

  • Utilizing financial analysis skills to assess the impact of compensation and benefits programs on the company's financial performance.

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of KPIs and balancing them with the business (revenue, expenses, margin).

  • Рrofit forecasting and the ability to predict it.

  • Providing guidance and support to HR teams globally on compensation-related matters, including salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive schemes.

  • Progressing and refining compensation and benefits programs to provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees, as well as protection.

  • Enhancing fair and attractive incentives and/or bonus programs for specific employee categories.

  • Participating in job position evaluations throughout the organization and implementing grading.

  • Collaborating with HR and finance teams to develop and monitor budgets for reward programes.

  • Creating dashboard reports to track the reward dynamics of different groups of employees.

Job requirements

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in finance, preferably as a financial controller or analyst, with a strong understanding of financial statements and reports.

  • Budget management experience.

  • Proficiency in interpreting data, auditing/investigating products, services, and issues, and providing professional insights and recommendations.

  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of IT literacy are essential, particularly advanced Excel.

  • Experience cooperating with business intelligence units on data reports and pay dashboards.

  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various time zones.

  • Prior experience or exposure to HR functions or compensation and benefits within an HR context is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of BI applications (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.

  • Degree in HR Management and/or Statistics/ is preferred.

  • Professional certifications (GRP, WorldAtWork, etc.), (CIMA 1).

  • The ability to work well both on your own and as part of a team.

  • A solution-oriented mindset.

  • B2 level or above proficiency in English.
