Job description

What you will do:

Upsell:

  • propose new solutions and formats to increase the amount of spending and/or obtain better performance from current traffic campaign delivery

  • develop different cooperation terms & conditions with small agencies, and individual advertisers to attract new advertisers and increase their spending

Optimization:

  • works on internal and external optimization of active clients to achieve higher performance of current cooperation (higher CTRs, CPMs, CPCs, Revenue etc.)

  • work in close cooperation with the team of accounts from the publishers' side (and BI team) to achieve better targeting of ad campaigns and traffic; (whitelisting change, retiring blocked widgets, etc.)

  • increase general spending of MGID from the cooperation with clients through internal optimization of active ad campaigns (CPCs, category filters, blocklist/whitelist changes, new ads creation, etc.)

  • perform complicated optimization steps requiring a deep understanding of the sphere in general, our system in particular, and thorough analytics study under constant supervision

Retention:

  • reconnect with clients that stopped cooperation with the purpose of resuming the collaboration, possibly with adjustments in current terms of work

  • continue active negotiations with clients that are at the point of switching to another traffic provider; persuading the client to continue the cooperation

  • work closely to gather information from clients what are the differences between or and other platforms to get a deeper understanding of what has to be changed or improved on our side for rising spending by them

Daily Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • check the daily status of all clients signed after the account manager follows existing workflow rules

  • work on moderation of pending campaigns following existing workflow rules

  • work with clients’ requests (via email, Skype, phone, and other messengers) following existing workflow rules

  • work with requests from the Anti Fraud department following existing workflow rules

  • work with the recently transferred clients on possibilities to optimize and upsell following existing workflow rules

  • work with Hubspot following existing workflow rules

  • work on establishing personal relations with clients

  • work on individual tasks and team projects

  • work with creative and compliance team under client's requests or/and creatives

  • invoicing

Transferred clients Operations:

  • develop a plan of cooperation with each transferred client beforehand (gather info about the current results from the support manager or the sales manager about their current results with other platforms; 

  • make analysis of the potential for upsell, optimization, and if needed return)

  • establish personal relations with all the transferred clients

Reporting:

  • perform immediate reporting regarding all non-standard issues with clients

  • gather and organize information obtained from working on team projects to analyze the results and difficulties of working on the project

  • provide monthly, and weekly reports or reports upon request regarding the current results, issues, workflow processes

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • College degree or equivalent in account management/customer service experience preferred

  • Knowledge of English (or other language needed) - Upper-Intermediate

  • Media buying experience, as well as working with Brands and Agencies preferred

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry, technologies

  • Knowledge of local affiliate industry

  • Experience with CRM system management and Upsell records
