What will you do:

  • Deal with All types of publishers and their hierarchy of employees to close on the possible partnership;

  • Sell to Premium Publishers like T1, T2 and Editorial Publishers;

  • Complete Daily Tasks assigned like Calling to potential publishers, conduct online as well as offline meetings, emails, HubSpot updation, inform internally on help required to close the deals and keep in touch with the closed partners to help and maintain the long term association;

  • Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Targets;

  • Perform as per the KPI assigned on a periodic basis.

  • Uses our product strengths and product specifics to create custom proposal of solutions to clients and publishers

  • Uses workable knowledge about strategies of clients attraction and retention;

  • Monitors market changes and proactively informs team leader on any business/competitor/partner news and all upcoming circumstances (e.g. global/regional demand/cpc drop) and other issues that can affect the publisher's revenue (for example: government checking, publishers merge, social traffic decreasing because of new algorithms, emergence and market entry of the new competitors, etc.)

  • Develops and maintains close and effective relationships and networks with both existing and potential new clients in the region, as well as different types of adTech related entities

  • Organizes working process with clients with aim to maximize our revenue and minimize losses for the company

  • Performs lead generation activities, ability to use various lead generation tools like Similar Web, Red Volcano, Alexa, Publicwww etc. Business awareness of creating the pipeline of priority websites for different client Tiers

  • Performs evaluation of priority ad placement, rates, formats of the ads considering website layout for all Tier types

  • Creates necessary documents: presentations, financial and business proposals (approved by team leader), commercial offer letters, non-exclusive agreements on Revenue Share basis

  • Facilitates idea generation of new ad type and formats/features that can be interesting to the local Internet advertising market. Shares interesting and new competitor formats.

  • Represent the company during important industry events. Targets and attends conferences in order to sign new partners and/or to solidify existing relationships. Supports other partnership activities as needed

  • Works closely with the client's team to ensure a successful adcode & tech implementation together with the Account Manager

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in publisher acquisition, and development;

  • Ability to ideate and innovate the Publisher Acquisition strategies and adaptability as per market dynamics;

  • Business development experience and a great network within the native and publisher industry;

  • Knowledge of various monetization opportunities for the publishers, and revenue models, market understanding, competition mapping, Native Advertising Technology and its possibility and limitations;

  • Experience with Native Players will be an added benefit;

  • Experience with working with publishers, content websites, media groups, app developers, tech companies and networks from Brazil. Good relationship with publishing market and strong network.

  • Familiar with publishers' strategy, business operations/model and their main challenges and 'pains'. Strong understanding of revenue generation strategies/action plans from the technology partner/vendor side. Knowledge of the publishers ecosystem in the market of the respective GEO;

  • Knowledge of dedicated approaches on how to work with clients from appropriate categories and traffic sources;

  • Fluent English;

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.


Will be a plus:

  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech;

  • Prior experience with any well-known native platforms, Ad Serving platforms, Publisher alliance, Programmatic monetization.

  • Spanish fluency

  • Knowledge and experience with Analytics platforms and tools.

  • Familiar with CRM tools to track activiews and report results.
